Evan will be responsible for building the bank’s development finance presence in the north of England.

His primary objectives will be to develop new business opportunities by building relationships with developers and property professionals in the area and introducing them to HTB’s proposition and services.

He will be based in the Leeds office and will report directly to Neil Leitch, regional director of development finance at HTB.

Evan has 18 years of experience in real estate, and joins the specialist lender from United Trust Bank, where he worked as a senior manager.

Prior to this, he held several senior roles within the real estate team at Lloyds Banking Group.

Commenting on his appointment, Evan said he was excited to join HTB at this stage in its growth trajectory.
